I have been receiving service at this location even when it was Oil CanHenrys. Previous car was retired at 288K miles- longevity due to regular oil changes/service. Service easy to maintain due to convenience.

I liked the professionalism of the assistant general manager and the staff. I liked that I wasn't pressured into buying several different services that I wasn't going to buy anyway. Also that I recently installed a new air filter and the assistant general manager guy was like hey this looks good so you don't need a new one so that was nice.

When I arrived I informed the employee that I wished to use their online coupon for $7 off MaxLife. After the oil change he presented me with an invoice with no discount taken. I again mentioned the coupon and he said that I would need to have it printed out. I said, "But I can go to your website on my phone and show it to you." He said, "OK, that's all right, I'll give you $5 off." I said, "But the coupon is for $7 off for MaxLife!!" He said, "OK, I'll give you $7 off." He was a young kid, maybe 19 or 20 years old. I know this because he said he was only a year younger or older than my 2001 Acura MDX.

I noticed the improvement the moment I arrived this time. All three bays were full, but the activity I observed was very focussed and yet relaxed. There was clearly a "systematic" aspect to every detail, and it appeared that there were frequently two to three individuals at work on each car. The Manager was actively present and I was impressed by his competence and also the assistance he rendered to my specific "extra" problem of two turn-signal lights that needed attention.Oh yes, one other thing. I'm a musician, and I enjoyed the "operatic shouting" that kept everything rolling between all three bays both upstairs and below.

Nobody greeted me outside BUT that is okay because they were swamped with customers, and in those cases, I prefer them to spend their time focused on getting the service completed.

Attendant was somewhat clumsy and had a tendency to drop things i.e., keys, papers, coupon.Grease left by technicians not wiped away from hood and body after service, sad.Service sticker recommended service in 3,000 miles, Kai owners manual recommends 7,000.

I arrived and rolled right into the bay, and felt like I was being treated by a pit crew! Ariana led others and directed me from my own car. i was in and out in fifteen minutes, with three brake lights changed out. Granted, there was luck in my arrival time, but it was encouraging to see the staff work so well together, so quickly. This is a solid crew. I have been in before, just not with my current vehicle. I will be back, and encourage the rest of my family and friends in the Issaquah area to visit this location. Thanks!

I like seeing the manager involved with taking care of customers right along with the regular staff. It gives me confidence that employees are treated respectfully, trained and shown by example. That is passed on to the customer.
