1. Wait was approx 21 min before I could pull into a bay. 2. Service tech was not knowledgeable, had to check with her senior tech, then didnt believe him so checked with the mgr. Sr. Tech was correct. 3. They left the red rubber battery cap on the inside of the edge of the hood. It looked like the hood had been bent cuz the hood wouldnt close correctly! 4. They pressured me into add’l services I found out I did not need when I got home. He also wanted to change the inside air filter. I said letz look at it. We did and he admitted it was not dirty enuf to change. AND they used the word “flush” on 2 of my services and when I got home we figured out the 2 systems were not “flushed” but merely drained… I know I had the inside air filter changed by them not many miles ago but it was not in my file. But they had my file mixed up with someone else’s until recently so that shouldnt surprise me!

This review is probably way overdue but I feel like I have to recognize everyone that works at this location! I’ve had nothing but friendly and efficient service for the past few years I have been going. I haven’t been to any other places or locations in town (even though I pass about 5 of them to get there). It appeared they were doing some training today and even the newer guys were killing it :)
