The guys who worked on my car were quick and efficient. You can tell they're a good working team. I was honestly so shocked it happened so fast i had to double check they'd done the oil filter cause it seemed insane they'd gotten under my car and everything so fast. No complaints here!Note for the company, stick to your 15min timer, its better to tell the customer alittle longer and have them be pleasantly surprised it took less time. Plus it gives a buffer for any unforseen circumstances. Don't pressure your employees to do it even faster, that's means a higher chance of mistakes because tgey feel rushed and the possibility of more customer complaints. If its not broke, dont fix it.
