I don't think I will return to a Valvoline service center again because 1. The staff told me my transmission was low on fluid but did not fill it, only told me they serviced transmissions for 169.95 dollars. 2. My coolant was low but did not have the correct type available and told me I had to go to an auto parts store to get it, an extra stop. When I go into an auto service center, I expect service for my auto needs, not to have the staff not to perform all the services needed and to be told to go somewhere else to get a product they can't provide and do the service myself.
