Dalton is calm, professional, direct, and attentive. 5 star service technician you have here. EDIT Harley, the manager or whoever, is EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. Within 60 seconds of me mentioning my coupon, suddenly my oil leak was too bad for them to service. They've serviced it before without a coupon, no problem, but suddenly when I mentioned I have a coupon the leak was too bad for them to handle. My leak has been about the same amount leaking for 4 YEARS so I know it hasn't gotten worse. Just maybe dirtier. But when I asked for something in writing, he cut me off, rudely asked me to leave and I refused to leave without some kind of documentation about why they refused service. Absolutely horrible experience that could have easily been handled with kindness and professionalism instead of making me feel like there was some kind of scam going on. 0/10 I do NOT recommend this location at all.
