Extremely shady service; highly would NOT recommend. I went to Valvoline for an oil change and had a 50% off coupon that I got from their website. They tried to sell me multiple additional services stating I needed them. One was a new air filter that I just replaced and knew for a fact I didn't need a new one. Once the manager heard I declined all additional services, he promptly told me my oil filter was too tight so they would not be providing me with an oil change. I then went to Jiffy Lube where they had no problem serviceing my car. If you don't want to honor your coupons Valvoline, then don't offer them and don't lie to your customers; we aren't stupid!

Literally no wait at the beginning. It was easy to see everything that was done, staff was informative about what was going to be, and was, done. Process was quick, staff was pleasant.
