If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I think that this company is a rip-off. I think that they have people that work for them are putting their customers' lives at risk this is my commuter car. I only drive it to work in home, swing in there and get my oil changed. Drive it home, drive to work the Next Day. Hit a bump wrong on the road. Hood flies up slam on my brakes at two o'clock in the morning, shut my hood. By the way, it shut just fine that time but they're getting around so that they don't have to pay for the damage to my car is that they don't know. If I tampered with it well, let me tell you something. You're dumb Why the hell would I put my life at risk? Driving 60 an hour to work at 2 o'clock in the morning, wanting my hood to fly app at any given time. This company is a rip-off. Your car gets ruined by them. And they will not stand behind anything. And come to find out this happens more than you would think, because they have people who are unsupervised working at their facilities, changing your oil, putting your family's lives at risk. Every single time you pull out of that goddamn parking lot and head home. And they do not want to stand behind the quality that they give, which is shit. I don't recommend going to them. I will never go to another oil service company ever again. I know how to change my own oil. My husband can change my oil for me. If need be, but everybody is so used to the quick and easy. And don't have to dispose of it. So you go there, but trust me, they are going to kill somebody with their shitty ass service and when you go to talk to them or anything like that, they will give you the runaround, and they will find a way to where they do not have to pay for it. Because each one of those buildings, their supervisors or higher-ups, the less negative reviews that they have. And complaints in payouts for that district, they get to go to Hawaii every year. All expense paid because of their excellent service for ripping people off. This company is a joke. I pray to God that they eventually go under or you know what? Take away their Hawaii vacations for ripping off. Customers who come in there and spend their harder and money. Entrusting the people that are working on their cars

Friendly, experienced and speedy

I came in way too soon for an oil change since i have retired I only had driven 1000 miles. The employees is there told me it was too soon for an oil change and I would just be wasting my money in oil. Really impressed on how trustworthy they are. Would highly recommend Valvoline off Rainier road by QFC.And, they topped off my fluids and replaced my Cabin filter ( that I purchased) for free
