This service is relatively pain free except for the cost. My husband can do some of the things staff may offer so I always ask for "just" the oil change with no extras. Once clarified there is no pressure to purchase other services. I was given time to find a coupon on line, which helped too!

I have not received an invoice and service record via email! I called the location about this, was told it might take 24 hours to get in my inbox. (Previous visit, 11/7/23, the invoice arrived the same day.) NEXT, I emailed Valvoline.com on April 25. No reply as yet. I need the service record to know what checks were made. I am going on a road trip soon. I need this invoice to see what charges were made for items -- the amount charged of $72.18 seems high, given that I presented a coupon. To not offer a paper jnvoice at point of purchase, and then not send an email version to date, seems bad business. This applies more to your HQ, since employees were fine. PLEASE SEND INVOICE ASAP.
