5.0 out of 5.0

I went to Valvoline Instant Oil Change for an oil change after having stopped by Jiffy Lube. Jiffy Lube quoted me a price that was 2 1/2 times what I paid in Texas for the same service. I realize that the current geo-political state has pushed oil prices up and the Pacific Northwest is generally more expensive than Texas, but I felt the prices was a bit too high considering the factors I mentioned above. I've lived in Richland, Washington and have visited the Seattle area often, so my pricing evaluation is based on personal experience and not speculation. At Valvoline Instant Oil Change, I asked for a quote and Eric the manager quoted me a prices that was below Jiffy Lube, bit still twice what I paid in Texas. Eric offered to discount the service after hearing my story. I accepted his offer not because the price was exceptionally better, but because he was willing to work with me so that we both got what we wanted. I appreciate Eric, and his crew did a good job delivering the service. I'd recommend Eric and Valvoline Instant Oil Change service for anyone looking for an oil change without giving up an arm or a leg.
