I've never had a problem over the years going here, my previous visit before today may have had an issue? I drive a Hyundai they are known for burning oil I found out, but about a week after I was there I was bone dry on oil. The 1800 not so good, finally Aaron had reach out directly to me and did a full change for free extremely friendly helpful and understanding!! I recommend it, most mechanics or shops aren't so helpful after doing work they will charge more. He didn't charge me a dime and his tech was extremely polite! Super happy with the end result!
