They didn’t take the time to check my car . Didn’t check lights , didn’t check tires . Didn’t check air filters. I brought in some wiper blades and asked if they could snap these in ? He said can’t you do it yourself. Then just told me how to reset my light. When he should have done it as part of the service with out me even asking.

When I pulled up there were 2 employees at a car (probably on lunch) and it took a while for the other employees at least 5 minutes to have me pull into a bay. When the other 2 employees came back, an older female employee made a very loud comment to the two employees who had been outside, “are we all on lunch now” (or something similar to that statement).
