IF YOU HAVE A FOREIGN CAR DO NOT GO HERE! This was my mistake coming to a quick lube shop to get my oil changed on a foreign car. I didn’t have a torque wrench available, and I didn’t have the clearance to lift my vehicle while keeping it completely level so this was an option and they sounded great over the phone - confident. They insisted on sucking the oil up instead of draining it from the plug. I drive a 2018 Audi Q7 3.0 and these engines absolutely require it to be drained from the plug because the carbon sediments lay below, and you cannot fully reach them by pulling up, only draining out. It always leaves at least a quart left. They did this to avoid stripping the drain plug, which I get. But I asked to see the amount of oil they pulled and they drained it out before they could show me - and I watched to see if anyone was going to personally look and verify that they pulled 7.2 out - NOPE. The worst part about this was the consistent push back to my request - “Please drain it from the bottom.” This is proof that there was still dirty oil left in the motor after they “drained it” and they didn’t fill it up like it should’ve been. I’m doing it myself from now on - They left oil all over the front of my car too :/
