They didn’t complete the point inspection as tires never got air and that’s a key inspection when changing oil…18 point inspection wasn’t even close to being 18…they didn’t drain oil from the bottom but rather sucked it out…not happy about this technique…it was fast in and out but now you know why cuz they obviously need a manager or something there to watch them as that was lazy work…

The coupon I received in the mail took 15% off my total. One thing I didn’t receive was my invoice and oil change summary. I asked to send it to my email but they sent my husband’s invoice for his truck but not my car.
