It truly was the BEST oil change ever in my life (and I’m 58- been driving since I was 16 in my own car)- it truly couldn’t have been better. Fast, friendly, professional, answered all my questions and didn’t try to sell me anything. In fact, they were out of the cabin filter and said if I go get from a shop they would install. I went and bought one and they put it in my car immediately. You all were opened on Sunday too which was great cuz an animal had crawled in and chewed the filter and was making it smoke up so I was afraid to drive it. 10++!

1. Incompetent technicians Operator took 1hr to perform oil change on a Toyota.During the process they had to used extreme force to take out parts from the vehicle causing other parts of the car to be knocked loose. 2. Operator didn’t follow SOP or SOP doesn’t exist to protect customers safety. After the service, as I drove home the engine hood flipped open while I was going 40miles per hour and put me in life danger. Both latch and safety hook weren’t in place. I am questioning how did the operator let me out of the bay like this. Either there is no safety SOP in place to ensure hood was closed properly or operator didn’t follow SOP. 3. Terrible customer service experience As the accident happened, I called back at local Valvoline store and asked for help since I am just by the Conor. The person who answered the call told me to come back tomorrow, since they are closed. On the phone the guy said they will take care of me. The next day I called and they were in completed denial of responsibility.
