as soon as I pulled up to the bay I was greeted and was informed of how long the wait was for the car in front of me to finish. they also didnu2019t just have the next car roll into the bay that was open. They were fair and had whichever car they came first moved to the other side of the bay to get their service done in a first come first serve basis.

I came in for an oil change and the tech asked if Iu2019d had differential fluid replaced recently, if not, I should add that to my next service at the dealership or they could do it at valvoline. I had them do it. They found a problem or two and noted that for me (for the next dealership visit). Explained why transfer oil was important (much appreciated, I had no idea). They completed everything and were all courteous and professional. Great group of people. And now Iu2019ll go to that shop instead of jiffy lube in future.

I got my oil changed which was fast and easy, I also got my windshield wipers changed as well.The problem I had with my visit this time was they took forever getting my new wipers and installing them and after I had left I noticed that they put the wrong size wiper blades on. I had to come back the next day for them to get the correct size and put them on
