Took nearly 2 hours to get a "15 minute" oil change, all the while being lied to by staff. Instructed my entire company not to take our fleet vehicles here after that. Which is a shame as it's the closest oil change place to our office but we cannot waste 2 hours of a work day to get an oil change!
