We arrived and there were 3 cars in each lane. One of the vehicles in the lane next to us ended up stalling so it needed to get pushed through. That vehicle arrived after us. Usually the workers are good about giving a time estimate on how long the wait will be but they didn't tell us anything. Then when the other car got pushed through they didn't have us switch lanes to be next. We ended up being there for 2 hours before being seen. We understood that it was very busy but it would have been nice to have a little more communication on the wait time.
