It would have been nice to know the cars (both) currently in the bays when I arrived needed extra time.There was a car in the bay and one in line ahead of me. I was charged full price even though mechanic said he could not remove my oil filter. I went to dealership after and they showed video evidence that it had no issues to remove. So either your mechanic lied because they didn't have a filter, or they didn't know how to remove. Further getting charged $99 for the incomplete service is unacceptable.
