The overall experience was great, but when they checked my battery health they didn't get my wires connected tight enough which caused my battery to disconnect from my car! Luckily I was at a circle K and not while driving. Definitely make sure you guys are double checking that!!

When they checked my air filter, they lost one screw, cross threaded another and left the air box open, now im missing one bolt and the other bolt they cross threaded broke trying to remove it. Not happy at all considering the air box only has two bolts to begin with. ******EDIT****** Valvoline contacted me and asked exactly what the issue was, i emailed them photos and they said if o purchased the part they would re emburse me. So I purchased the part and sent them a receipt and was paid very quickly. Thank you for making this easy to resolve.
