Everyone was great! My filter wasn’t in stock but i was able to get one and they changed it no problem. My only complaint is that there is ALWAYS a charge for extra oil. When an oil change is already ridiculously expensive, over $100, always having a charge for extra qts of oil is frustrating and it’s not my vehicle, it happens with every vehicle I’ve ever brought in. But the guys were fantastic, friendly and got the job done quickly. The only shop I go to when I don’t have time to just do it myself.

Jesús was really great in running the break down of what services were being completed, what manufacturer recommendations were available and even did a visual inspection on my brake pads at my request. He was clear, friendly, professional as were the other techs who worked on my car. They also were great while I was waiting at starting the lights, brakes, wipers inspection and letting me know a good estimate of how long the customer in front of me had left so I wasn’t left wondering. I always appreciate the care and professionalism at this location.
