Jesús was really great in running the break down of what services were being completed, what manufacturer recommendations were available and even did a visual inspection on my brake pads at my request. He was clear, friendly, professional as were the other techs who worked on my car. They also were great while I was waiting at starting the lights, brakes, wipers inspection and letting me know a good estimate of how long the customer in front of me had left so I wasn’t left wondering. I always appreciate the care and professionalism at this location.

What type of oil? I wasn't asked about it and i dont know . Says service indicator reset - when? I asked for my tire pressure check. invoice says it wasnt. I don't think brake fluid or power steering were checked and I didn't see windshield fluid added. So invoice is wrong. BUT they said no printer so I didn't get to see this invoice until I got home. I asked for an invoice because I like to have them go over what was done. What hsppened to full service? The guy was nice but this is poor service! I didn't get a sticker in my windshield either which is how I keep track. Poor management at this shop???
