It was hot. They were doing as well as they could in the heat. Really just processing through cars. While taking the air cleaner cover off, they pulled up a rubber gasket that goes over the intake and between it and the hood. I fixed it at home. Get them some cool air please.

There were no cars behind me and they were rushing me out of the bay. I had to ask them to check my air filter. Then they asked me about the cabin air filter and I agreed to have it checked. It needed replacing so I agreed. When I was told how much my service was I about passed out! $55 for a cabin air filter…that would have been nice to know before I agreed to replace it.I don’t think I can trust this place anymore and that’s sad because I have been coming here for many years and I have 4 vehicles.

Several things were not completed. My headlights were not checked. (Said it was) My washer fluid said they filled (they did not!) and also my air filter. I physically saw them remove the cover for the air filter then proceeded to do nothing at all. One minute later it was put back on. I was highly disappointed in this location. Kennewick location typically checks my headlights, brakes, etc. my invoice said it all was checked but in fact nothing was done but my oil change. The staff was not friendly compared to other locations.
