It seemed as if they were rushing the service. Because it was so loud I was unable to hear them talk very much. I miss the old business that used to be there. The old business would go as far as cleaning the windshield, checking the cabin filter, wiping any grease prints off the car ans checking to make sure nothing bad was going to happen by having the customer turn on their vehicle, revving to a certain rpm just to completely make sure that the filter was secure, everything was tight ans where it was supposed to be. Maybe bring back some of these services that the old business used to do.

While they were changing my transmission fluid my car starting flashing all these lights on my dashboard saying service esc and service traction and started idling roughly and I told the technician what was going on and then I heard the other guy that was helping him say that he was sucking air the car was idling the whole time as they said it was to be while doing the service I told the manager what was going on and he said to take it into a shop and have diagnostic test done I got it into a shop 2 days after being no one could get me in until then the mechanic found my coil pack was unplugged and had to replace all 6 spark plugs due to misfire which cost me over 350 dollars and still the esc and the traction control lights are coming on so now I’m having to take my car back into the mechanic on Monday so he can further investigate what happened with my car I never had any of these problems with my car until I had the transmission fluid changed….. now I’m scared to death of taking any of my vehicles there again who knows what happened and how much it’s going to cost me to fix my car…….. so of course I’m very very upset about this whole thing 😫
