Great communication from the staff to direct traffic for a minute while an industrial delivery was taking place. Staff was calm, and guided us to the right spot to get out of the way of the operation and upon completion we were instantly back in the queue. A minor inconvenience handled proficiently by the staff. And the truck is running good.

My vehicle was damaged by an attendant while being prepared for the car wash. The car wash finished the rest and broke a hood deflector completely off. The supervisor review video and simply said that's why we have signage saying not responsible for damage and there was nothing she would do. Thanks for your patronage.
