I've visited this location many times over the past few years. The staff is always friendly. I do think they often recommend services that aren't needed, such as flushing out the coolant. They always recommend it no matter how recently I had it done. My main complaint is the charge for an oil change ($77) is absurdly high, so without a very significant coupon there is no way I would come here.

I was told that it was policy to offer to check cabin air filter which was a first for me, been going to valvoline a couple years and never been offered that service. Once checked, it was dirty, so the technician said they would go ahead and get that replaced for me. But failed to ask me if I was okay with being charged $54.99 for it.
