I enjoy the people in facility. The service is always in a routine so I am comfortable seeing everything being done. I don't know why but I enjoy watching motor oil being sucked out of pan. At a competitor of yours I had a bad experience with a stripped oil pan plug. That day Laurren was very kind from check in to driving out.
