Ken and his staff were very friendly and knowledgable. They do a good job of explaining what they're doing. I've been into this location before Ken was there and was unable to get some service done because I didn't know what type of ratio I had in my rear differential. Same thing this time, except Ken went the extra mile to use my VIN to lookup my ratio so I could get the fluid in my rear differential changed. Very satisfied!

The staff were chatting among themselves about topics that seemed unrelated to the job at hand . I was completely an afterthought to all the staff that day !!! I was not given a printed bill that your company can surely afford !!! When I got home and opened up the email ……………… it was for the car being done next to me in the other bay . I am assuming that when they got home they opened up an email intended for me !!!! All of this In attention to me the customer resulted in me getting the windshield sticker for THEIR CAR. When I was already pulled out of the bay and was asking for the CORRECT sticker for MY CAR …………… the staff wasted my time in their idle chatting before giving me a handwritten sticker that is still incorrect. IN ADDITION ……… after many tries following internet instructions I can’t reset the oil change warning on my 2006 Honda Pilot. I will give your store a chance to correct your mistakes ……… but I am wondering if I am going to have to take MY time to go to the Honda dealership to get the dashboard icon problem resolved

I felt extremely pressured to purchase services my car did not technically need. The staff did not present me with oil options, but instead put the most expensive option in and charged me for it. The staff did not show me my oil level to verify that my oil was changed and at the proper level, and they left a massive mess on my engine cover and by the oil filter.

I had an interesting experience at this oil change, it had nothing to do with the staff this time. The manager was incredible and was so sweet. However, on my last oil change, the mechanic didn't lube the oil filter and the poor team working on my car this time couldn't get it off. It was an hour-long process and lots of frustration for the mechanics. I felt so bad. However, this was a Valvoline issue in general since it was a previous mechanic's fault for the mishap. I'm not sure if you can look back to see who worked on my car then, but it would be helpful to prevent this from happening to future customers. The woman who worked on my car this time around was amazing and deserves a raise. She worked so hard and I really appreciate her! She was also so kind about the whole situation and apologized time and time again.
