Came in for a headlight replacement on a fleet vehicle. No fuss, no muss. I was done in less than 8 mins. Was ready to be on my way until one of the techs (a lady with glasses and a beanie) said I don't get to leave before the car next to me was done. I was essentially held hostage for 30 mins because she decided the guy that started service before me in the bay next to mine needed to be "finished 1st before he leaves." Seriously? You held up 1 service lane because the other required more time for you to try to resolve the issue?! Pretty ridiculous.
