The location is very very slow. The first time I used Valvaline I was in and out in 15 minutes at a different location. Today at this location there was one car in line and I was here 1.5 hours. I don’t recommend this location and will find other locations in the future.

After several visits to different companies, this location was able to change the oil in my Audi. The first valvoline said they could, but then refused to change my oil because “you don’t have a dipstick.” The workers and one of the managers were so helpful and knowledgeable. The manager when above and beyond to help me. I will be returning for services going forward.
