I donu2019t think Iu2019ve ever had a more pleasant experience when getting my oil changed. Early on they explained that they were a bit short staffed and that it would be a bit of a wait, so I was prepared and not disappointed. In fact, despite the warning, the time went by fairly quickly. Once I was in the bay, the workers were extremely friendly and kept conversation with me throughout most of the process. They were also understanding when I declined additional services; not pressuring me in one direction or another. Everyone I spoke to at that location was funny and you could tell they enjoyed their job and working with one another. I will definitely be going back there the next time I need an oil change. I think the only thing I would change would be the affordability of the services. It was more expensive than I had anticipated. Perhaps if there were better coupons or deals available, it may make that portion of services that much better.

On a 2018 Subaru Legacy there is a red plastic guard that covers the positive (red) battery connection. This guard was left loose and unattached. I discovered it after I got home. I didn't lose the guard, but I could have.

Took a total of 1 1/2 hours (35 minutes in my car and the rest waiting for 2 cars ahead). Other places are much faster and communicate better!!!
