I go to the hazel dell location on highway 99, they always deliver higher quality experience, I'm not exactly surprised that this visit was as extraordinary as it was because it's never been any different. I love coming to this location. The staff are really on top of things from greeting you as soon as you pull up to guiding you out after service. They’re really friendly and thorough with the services. There were some recommendations that they talked me through, one was clearly necessary and the other the system generated based on the last time I got my serpentine belt replaced but they were honest and said it was still in great shape and I didn’t need it. It makes me trust them and I don’t feel like they’re pushing anything on me. I got a new cabin air filter and the attendant let me know the price and that it was a little expensive (to give me the opportunity to decline) but explained why it’s the cost that it was and I felt satisfied with that knowledge and decided to get it. They’re also super fast with the oil change and services and I never get the sense that they’re screwing around or not taking it seriously. Nothing but good things to say here.

When I pulled my car inside everyone was quick and efficient. The people checking my fluids, giving me the oil change, and getting my tires to the proper pressure were friendly and cheerful. Gabby who was going over my information on the computer gave me a printout of upcoming services I would need. She answered my questions patiently.She was friendly and let me know she was ready to help me. I am a regular at this Valvoline. I was impressed with how all the attendants were working so well together and with a sincerely cheerful attitude not just with me but with each other. It was a very busy day there and my wait was bit long which they apologized for. It was a very pleasant experience.
