This crew working this particular day were exhausted from the heat and number of vehicles coming in, I rate depending on the actual day and service, as marked, I always come to this location for both of my vehicle oil changes and therefore my next review might be different this one. Example, my previous oil change was so fast, it was less than 15 minutes from pulling into the bay to pulling out of it.

I don’t feel like they really checked out like nobody ever looked at my windshield wipers. I wasn’t told about anything at all wasn’t explained nothing just was there for quite a while and thank you and have a nice day, but nothing was explained to me normally they explain everything and tell me if anything else needs to be done or how it is if it’s good shape, they tell me that they didn’t tell me nothing this time at all.

The technician spilled the bucket of oil into my engine compartment. He then told me there wasn’t much oil yet he had to get three absorbent pads to put under the truck. Then he grabbed my brush guard and fender with his oily coveted gloves getting all the surfaces oily. He closed the hood and told me I was good to go. I refused to pay until they cleaned the surfaces. It is an oily smeared mess on my gloss black paint. Not happy. This is twice this has occurred now. I’m going to bill you for an engine compartment cleaning to prevent an engine fire and potentially burning up my truck.
