They need to stay focused on getting the job done quickly rather than have conversations. And most importantly, enough with the fake smile. The staff has always been polite and professional, but the last two times I've had service done, I've been directed to get into the bay two lane and other vehicles behind me have entered bay one and completed their service before I even get into bay two. The first time it happened I realize they were performing multiple services, and this was going to take longer but they still entered bay one and completed their service before my vehicle entered bay two. Other issues I have had in the past. Twice I waited in line only to be told they didn't have oil need for my truck.
