I've been a VIOC customer for several years now and originally had my vehicles services at a VIOC location several miles from my house. That location seemed well run and the employees seemed competent. I stopped going to that location when the facility was backed up with several lengthy procedures being performed simultaneously on multiple vehicles. The VIOC manager recommended that I try the VIOC nearest my home. I obliged and had my serviced at the nearer facility. It was a positive experience and I continued having my vehicle serviced at this location. About a year ago I began to notice a decline in the quality of the service. On this visit I waited nearly 15 minutes before being greeted and chose to abandon my wait. On the previous visit I waited 20 minutes for service before being told that it would be another 20 minutes. In all I waited one hour for service even though I was the next car in line for servicing. I asked for a discount to compensate me for my time and all I received was a dumb look. VIOC prices continue to increase while the customer experience declines. My mechanic will do the oil change for the same price but not as quickly. I trust my mechanic.

Wasn't much communication about what was being checked. Very quick. I asked if they checked the tires. Usually do. Also, asked if it was too hot to do so. They checked the tires. I asked for a printout of services and tire pressure was not marked as checked. They did check after I asked. New process of removing oil above ground. Saw on car next to me. I asked why I didn't see with my car. They said couldn't with my car. Very quick oil change and no communication. I asked about the # of point inspections they advertise or use to. They said 18 point inspections. Ten items listed as being checked on my receipt. The tires were one of the items and say, not checked. I went today because I had been told I was leaking oil. I asked if they noted that and they said they would. Don't know where from? I was grateful they were open on a Sunday in the hot weather. Last oil change from Meineke. They took the sticker and put a new Valvoline sticker on.

One employee treated me like I was stupid because I was waiting between two lines. I was waiting there to see which line moved first. After snapping at me to move to the left line, the right line ended up moving faster. The person behind me in line was into the garage 15 minutes before me. All other employees were helpful and kind.
