The staff was great. I believe the person who helped me was Amy. She was very friendly, easy to understand and well spoken and explained the process continuously.For a five star review, your company would need to improve your pricing.For example, a cabin air filter was offered for $55. I got one on Amazon for $23.35 and this was a quality one. I could have purchased a cheap one for $15. The point is that I feel this is price gouging and was ridiculously overpriced. I would have gladly paid $25 to 30 for your service since you do install it, but please donu2019t take advantage so overtly.That being said, there was no pressure to purchase any items and I was shown the condition of each item. In fact I did purchase the engine air filter which was $25 and I felt that was reasonable. And again your staff was great.

Fantastic service and friendly staff. I joked about the poor exhaust manifold placement on my car and the staff played along. ( The exhaust man the fold was placed right underneath the oil filter so the car burns oil after an oil change.) I noticed that they broke out spray bottles and started to clean up the exhaust manifold so that it wouldn't happen. Totally unnecessary, but they did it anyway to prevent any chances of oil smell!
