Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Francisco is awesome at customer service and really knows his stuff. Alex and Aaron were super quick and efficient with the maintenance on our vehicle.

Do NOT go to this location! I HAVE TRIED THIS LOCATION TWICE ON 72ND, The first experience the technicians did not close my hood. I left in the lovely windy Yakima weather and drove out in traffic and my hood flipped up. I could've gotten seriously injured and possibly injured someone else OR KILLED. I called back and they were barely apologetic. I asked to speak to a manager they said the manager would call me back and guess what, no one ever did! I did not go to this location for years, but in a hurry today I decided to give them a try in case the staff has improved. I came in with a low left front tire which is clearly easy to see, but my truck also prompting me about it. I asked them to make sure and air up my tires. They did not. I also noticed the oil change seem to be performed faster than any service I've ever had. I did not hear any communication with anyone Below my truck the way you normally do, and the amount of oil they put in took literally two seconds. I believe they only topped off the oil and sent me packing--it was performed in about four minutes total from my parking in the bay. As I drove away I realized they did not air up the tires for sure and was questioning if the service was even performed after I paid $125. When I called I asked to speak to the manager-- who was involved in my service--and he said that the technician stated in my vehicle report that he aired up my tires. This is an absolute lie. I still have the exact same low left front tire, and the vehicle prompting me that my tires need air!!! So if they're willing to lie about something I could visually watch them perform or not perform, why would I believe they actually changed my oil? The amount of time spent on my vehicle does not even seem long enough to allow the oil to drain from the pan. I will be calling customer care first thing Monday. I got completely ripped off!!! GO TO A DIFFERENT OIL CHANGE PLACE!!! I would give NO stars if I could. This is just terrible BOTH experiences with this location! STAY AWAY!!!!

These guys and their crew are amazing! Pedro, Edson and Aaron did an excellent job on my car. Their customer service and professionalism is outstanding.
