Still waiting for the oil change to be completed. Going on 2 hours. The tech stripped the drain plug, they didn’t have the tool to remove the plug after it was stripped, had to send someone to the parts store for it, had to call the regional manager to come remove the plug. Then, they didn’t have a replacement drain plug, and had to go back to the parts store again for the plug. Definitely won’t be back to a Valvoline shop even after they covered the oil change. My confidence in their ability to do their job and the complete lack of preparedness has completely turned me off. The assistant manager was very apologetic but the tech who was running the computer was rude. Hopefully someone in charge sees this and makes changes.

I went from having some cool air coming out of my system to now I have hot air coming out and nothing cold whatsoever. I'm disappointed.
