Suggested the type of oil. But then asked what "Weight" of oil I wanted. How am i supposed to know. I left, and before I got out of the parking lot, my car started stuttering. I asked a member about it, and he said how "we're all good". He might not have understood me. So, benefit of the doubt, I took off. Got home, and my car was stuttering while idling. Later that day, my wife drove it, and warning lights came on. Took it to Toyota dealership next day. Apparently, a vacuum hose was knocked loose while looking at air filter was the Toyota techs best guess.The staff was super nice and I'm sure hard working. But this oil change, not only brought more frustration, but additional time cost with taking the car to the dealership.

I specifically addressed power steering fluid and bake fluid. I was told Power steering fluid was good and that they cannot address brake fluid because of liability. I was having same issues with power steering as of today 6/18/2024 so i had to make an appointment with a mechanic to have power steering pump checked out. Was told by mechanic that power steering fluid was low with no leaks nor any other issues. mechanic topped off power steering fluid and all is good? I want a refund on this visit!
