It was a very hot day and employees were working to get vehicles in line for service. It was a busy time when I had arrived. Jeremiah got me into line that I needed to be in. Checked lights, brake lights, turn signals and correct oil I needed for oil change.Luis then proceeded to do all things in service, pricing and asked me if items I had purchased was what I wanted to do. Visibly needed and I agreed. Luis noticed I was a senior and offered a discount. That was awesome with the Valvoline $25.00 off coupon I had.Thank you, Valvoline for a good experience on a hot temperature day.

I went in for an oil change and move there for an hour and a half. One staff member went on their lunch break and came back and I was still there. Staff members that were working on my car didnu2019t seem to know what they were doing, nor did they tell me what they were doing, it was taking so long. Francisco was the only helpful one there.

Everything was excellent. My only critique was they put my tire pressure to 30 and they should be at 35. The next day, my tire pressure light went off and it was a Sunday so they were closed. I had to go to bed gas station and put air in my tires. Which after spending $400 did not thrill me.

Clerk forgot to enter my 15 dollar coupon before I paid. Then after the transaction when through they didn't provide a receipt to show how much I paid. When I asked to have them enter my coupon. They said the transaction couldn't be changed and said I could use it at my next oil change. I told them that it would expire by then they said they would still accept it. This station keeps having mistake. The last time I got my guilds changed they left a tool in my engine compartment.
