Absolute trash. Went for an oil change and came home with a mess. They didn’t even do an inspection before draining our oil, which is standard. Broke our dipstick and said it was our fault because they can’t service us if it’s broken, but it wasn’t broken beforehand. Then sent us off without any oil in the car, because they didn’t do an inspection first and drained our oil, which you shouldn’t drive without any oil in the car. Lazy and horrible experience. They also reinserted the broken dipstick back into the slot and it got stuck and we now have to take off a bunch of crap to take it out. For the time being we put our own oil in the car, and are losing oil as it won’t close correctly due to the broken dipstick. They checked our battery and changed our oil filter, which btw was a very cheap one.
