Very friendly staff. They gave me recommendations of the best choices of oil, and didn't push the most $$ one. After I made my choice. I had mentioned that I did have my own oil in the car and she quickly said that they would be happy to use it and just charge for labor and filter. That impressed me so much that I stuck with my choice of their oil and also bought an air filter.

I had asked before we even started that I would like to know how much my service would be and he told me 3 times that he need to scan my car, then he had to check my headlights, then the blinkers. Finally after 10 minutes he gave me pricing options. Then, when we were done my car would not start. Then the next day we found the lug nuts were not on the tires. When we went back they admitted that they had been damaged and not put back on. They NEVER told me they did not put them on, we were leaving to drive 600 miles the next day without knowing. When confronted they simply said go get new ones and call customer service and they will pay you back but do not take the car far. The negligence is unbelievable, someone in my family could have died on the highway from a tire falling off. They did not seem to be fazed by any of this!
