ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Waited over an hour for an oil change and only 2 cars were in front of me. Synthetic oil change was over $110 (more than a dealership) Here’s the best part. Took it to the dealership for the next oil change $47.92 with tax and they showed me the oil filter. The clown who installed the oil filter at Valvoline tightened it so tight that they partially crushed the filter. The technician also mentioned that they needed to use a breaker bar just to remove it. MY ADVICE, FOR WHAT THEY CHARGE, JUST GO TO THE DEALERSHIP OR USE SOMEONE ELSE

My attendant Daisha was very knowledgeable and was able to give me exactly what I asked for instead of what the computer was recommending. With the way things are priced now, I was unable to go with the better oil that was recommended but she was able to make it work for me to get the conventional which I really appreciate!! Keep up the good!!!
