This used to be a good place but since they change management, it is so horrible. Matt is very rude and unconcerned. He don’t wanna admit that they did something wrong to my car. My car is perfectly a well maintenance car brand new and when I took my car on the highway after a oil change the next day my engine malfunctioning light came on, went back to them (I have to turn around on the highway from picking up My daughter and Madison) told me that he can’t do nothing about it. I have to get the codes looked at. I got the codes looked at AutoZone, and they gave me a code saying that my oil has been overfilled or underfilled and when I looked at it myself, it was filled, and I had black foamy stuff on my transmission and engine. I went back to them and Matt was there and he pretty much drained some oil out and took a rag to wipe the spilled. And told me there’s nothing that he can do if the light is still on. I escalated it up the chain and we’re gonna see what happens because they gave me a call with a lady online and him and he pretty much try to argue with me saying it’s not their fault. Well, who fought is it because my shit show was working just fine before I came in and seen you guys. I do not recommend going to this place. They do not take accountability.
