The staff was very professional and worked as a team. I'v been to other oil change centers that make you feel uncomfortable and try to guilt you into unnecessary upgrades. Funny enough I did get two upgrades at this location simply based on them pointing out a thing or two. Needless to say, I'll be back.

The staff never checked the air filter never checked tires didnu2019t check the lights for operation. Didnu2019t suggest any services put the wrong mileage on my sticker. Overall, the experience was crappy. It is the closest to my house so I will give them one more chance.

The technician that managed my visit explained to me when I will need the crank case oil drained, how and why this is done. I told him that one of the times I had my oil changed, at a Valvoline station, the gasket for the oil plug was not replaced and my car leaked. He acknowledged my concern and called to the tech under my car that he be sure and replace that gasket. He was knowledgable and friendly.
