They did a really good job and seemed like they knew exactly what they were doing. I liked that they communicated with each other throughout the process and actually told me what was going on with my car. They didn’t try to push anything on me either. It felt like they took their time and weren’t just trying to get it done and move on.

I was stuck there for 45 minutes. My car is brand new from the car dealership. Took it in for an oil change. After 13 minutes on the highway my skid plate falls off, MY EYES WHERE ON THE ROAD and I heard it drop and start to scrape. After pulling over, my only option was to drive it back to the valvoline. The skid plate was mangled and I had to tell them I just got this car. They said they would order a new plate and it would come in 2 weeks. It’s been 4 weeks and I’ve had to call 4 times to hear anything back. They are now denying the claim and I asked to see the footage of under my car before I left the valvoline, they said no. I don’t understand how you can mess up an oil change. Something that shouldn’t have taken that long or giving me any issues. They gave me no discount for this inconvenience. My best advice is NOT to go valvoline!
