I waited for almost an hour, and ended up leaving without an oil change being completed. They had me move spots so I'd go in according to how we arrived...I had two vehicles that came after me get their oil changes completed before me. Once they had me pull in, they asked what I needed and then left to do other things on the other vehicles, they did not come back to start anything for almost 30 minutes. I got to overhear conversations about smelling pot, and one employee commented that they had suspicions of why that would be and who. For a business that is promotes providing a quick service within about 15 minutes, I strongly disagree that this is what is being provided. Very disappointing, unprofessional and would not recommend this business.
