I had to wait an hour in line before getting inside. The associate who was lining cars up didn't consider the length of service for the vehicles in the bay, relative to the time those outside had been waiting.
Then, after expressing my time constraints and the amount of time waiting, the same associate when through all the additional services. I understand that he may need to do that, but he spoke quickly and in a mumble that was difficult to understand.
I've been going to this Valvoline for years with my one car and they didn't have it in their system that I had a manual transmission.
I agreed to a tire rotation, left the car, used the restroom and came out to see the same associate trying to kick my rear tire loose with his heel and with out the hub cap being removed.
I got the oil change I wanted, along with a huge degree of frustration.
Gratefully, there was another associate who could provide clear communication.
