Terrible experience. I’ve been going to Valvoline for the past few years. Not anymore unless they make this right. Got an oil change here and was having a leak a couple weeks after. Had to put my own oil in twice before realizing it was leaking. When I took it back in, they refused to give me a new oil change because I hit the 3,000 mile mark even through I filled it up twice prior to it. The sticker they gave me said I had 5,000 miles till my next change and they didn’t live up to it.
