Sat for over an hour and half before even getting into the portion of just getting an oil change done. They let other cars around me get done before me as well.

At Valvoline Instant Oil Change, we try to service our guests in the order in which they arrive, so our techs ask guests to move to ensure policy is being followed. Techs were friendly and polite with the service. However, they failed to reinstall my 4Runner's factory skid plate. They cross threaded a bolt and didn't tighten any of them all of the way. They also never reinstalled the cover plate where the oil drain plug is. One of the bolts is completely missing and the other was barely hanging on with the plate hanging off. Lastly, they never tightened the oil filter so when I got home it was leaking and dripping through the improperly secured skid plate. I had to crawl under and fix this while being in a sling since I had shoulder surgery two weeks prior. Valvoline makes great oil, but it is shameful with how poorly they train and manage their shops. This further reinforced why I avoid their businesses.
