This is coming from somebody that has managed a dealership service department and quick lube. My experience went from and okay experience to deciding not to come back on my last visit. Your technicians drained my vehicle without checking to make sure they had the oil my vehicle required first. They didn’t realize this until after the vehicle was drained. Things happen that one I can understand. I’ve had it happen to me in the past I informed the customer apologized and moved on, but the issue was compounded with the pure unprofessionalism of the technicians. It took them about 20 minutes to tell me that they were out of the conventional 10w30 my vehicle required and would need to get some from the parts store. Your technician only came back with 1 quart of oil and then proceeded to have an argument in front of me with all of the staff.

2 visits, first was put in line behind a 2 hr flush - sat for over an hour and left When I came manager said it would be a half hour, found out later it was a 2 hour job. Returned, this time this guy stands at my window mumbling about products he is supposed to sell and I told him I can’t hear him and he responded it hurts his throat to talk loud. So he stood there forever reading this stuff, mumbling, it was very awkward

The guy waiving people in to the bay made me move a few times. The last time, I said I was fine to wait-as my car has issues with turning the wheel in tight places…he said he would give me a discount for willing to wait longer. I did not get a discount when I finally did make it into the bay, but did already have a coupon. Don’t offer a discount and then not actually give it.

Never again. Went for an oil change. Car ran fine. Mind you it’s a 2018 Malibu 90k miles. After oil change. Engine light came on for a crank/cam sensor. Oil on the back side of the motor as well. Sadly didn’t want to start. We came from Oshkosh down to fondulac. Said it was nothing they did nor nothing they can do. Car drove in fine. Ran fine for the checks then bam out the blue wouldn’t start. Something was hit or damaged during the oil change. Couldn’t shuffle myself out fast enough.
