The only thing is I noticed the person chose my oil for me meaning the price was a lot more than expected I opt for the cheaper oil sewing as I keep my car in town only use for work . It did not help that I was getting a battery changed ontop of it all . I wish I would have been asked what kind of oil I would like instead of him pressed the middle one for me . It would have saved me more money otherwise he did a good job

2002 Chevrolet S-10. Was very surprised that lubrication of the front suspension grease fittings was NOT included with the visit. I saw "lubrication points" on the invoice incorrectly listed as "sealed" and brought it up to the staff that this truck indeed had zerk fittings. He stated that means they did not touch them. Do you not do lubrication as part of your standard maintenance? I completed the task myself, but the point of stopping was so I did not have to crawl under my truck!

The last time I was there your staff member was overly pushy. Tried to tell me I needed an air filter when I didn't. Suddenly my passenger door was open and he was sitting beside me asking me to open the glove box. I asked why and he said he needed to look at the filter. Couldn't get it out, came back a 2nd time & kept yanking at it to remove. I told him in all the years I've had oil changes, not once did someone come into my car without my permission and to please leave. I asked for another person. This visit I had none of that. Just a simple oil change, friendly staff and conversations, no hard sell, and I was out the door.

It was evident the technician was a new employee as they were unsure in the processes and were not receiving adequate guidance from the other technician whom I must believe was the lead. However he was not providing adequate guidance. Had I not been familiar with my car oil capacity and not paying attention to the technician as the services were performed they would have over filled the capacity of the oil. I had to question and stop them from doing so. Unacceptable!
