Valvoline Instant Oil Change

The servicing engineer just did what was needed. They didn't try to push unnecessary treatments. I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes before they were able to get me into the bay. They made me feel comfortable with their recommendations.

In short, avoid Valvoline in Menomonee Falls. I have been a loyal Valvoline customer for 5+ years in the Falls. I got multiple services done on my vehicle in mid-December of 2025. The initial service was pretty good, as usual, but the technitions did seem pretty rough on my wheels when rotating them (kicking the wrenches and tires, jumping on the wrenches to take lug nuts off). My tire pressure sensor faulted the moment I turned my car on when leaving, and when asked if they could look into it they simply told me to not worry about it and it was due to the cold, and to come back if it stayed on. I waited a week and came back in when it didn't turn off. When I did this, they told me they couldn't do anything and to put a ticket in with customer service, which I did that day. After my conversation and aboutan hour of hold time I finally got through and they said they would have a manager reach out to me to look into it. I never got a call. I brought my vehicle in 2 seperate times to see if they would help me out with this issue that was caused at their location and every time they sent me away and told me to come back when a manager was present (this was during daytime hours on weekdays) and I have yet to get a name or meet this manager. I called customer service 3 more times and each time they told me they would have the manager call me and when they would try to connect me to the location all I would get is "The phones are down, they will call you". I never got a call back. Finally, I called in the last week of January, a month and a half after the issue, and they put me on hold, tried to connect me to the store, told me the phones were down, all the usual responses. This advisor finally called the regional manager and all I got back was "They will not help you and will deny your claim if you keep asking" he would not talk to me personally, only through the contact center advisor. I waited a month and a half, no help, no calls only to be dismissed by the RM with no apology for the wait or unproffesionalism of the facility. This is not jsut about a pressure sensor going out, I wasn't trying to get money out of them or make a big deal, I just wanted help. Instead, al they did was dismiss me, ignore my requests for help, and completely disregard my claim. I know this is long winded but when you are dealing with your vehicle and only mode of transportation you need to rely on those servicing it to do a good job and actually care for you. Valvoline clearly does not, even though I have been a loyal customer for years. I highly reccomend going to Wittlin's in Menomonee Falls, they charge less for an oil change and will even rotate your tires for free. It might not be as quick as Valvoline, but the disrespect and lack of caring clearly shows me that they will always do the bare minimum and deflect any blame if they cause issues. Save yourself the time and headache and support a local business like Wittlins before ever going to a shady and disrepspectful business like Valvoline.

I've been coming to this Valvoline for years. Always have excellent service and friendly staff. I actually drive by 3 other valvoline locations on my way home from work to come to this one.
