I had a very disappointing experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. One of the workers was extremely rude and yelled at me multiple times during my visit. His demeanor was disrespectful, including rolling his eyes at me and making me feel uncomfortable throughout the interaction.
What made the situation worse was that his coworkers were standing nearby and witnessed what was happening, yet no one stepped in or said anything. I understand that people can have bad days, but there is no excuse for treating a customer this way.
The worker at the computer was much nicer and professional, and I appreciate that they made an effort to make the experience slightly better. Unfortunately, the behavior of the other employee overshadowed that and made the overall experience very unpleasant.
I hope management addresses how customers are treated because this is not the kind of customer service I would expect from Valvoline. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected, and based on this experience, I would hesitate to return.

The manager is very good. He’s polite and very knowledgeable. The technicians are good as well, but unfortunately a little clumsy. They spilled a little oil in the engine compartment and although they cleaned it up as much as they could, but the oil when it hit the hot engine in the exterior it emits a very distinctive smell that went inside the cabin for about 15 min. I have gone to this location many times and this is the first time this happened. Overall, it is always a good experience and reasonably priced.
