Went in for an Oil change and the staff left a rag wrapped around the new oil filter when they replaced it as well as extra rags sitting on the engine block. This led to oil leaking, smoke coming from the engine and a burnt oil smell. After finding this I had to get another oil change just days after this visit to remedy the situation.

I normally change my own oil, but I typically see Valvoline or Oil Changers only if I can find a coupon. But I was not able to the 10 dollar coupon because it was only for the semi-synthetic or full synthetic oils. So I had to find another coupon and that one was only good for 7 bucks. So it was ok. I did have some oil drips on my garage floor the next morning though, so it would be better if the pit tech wiped everything off better after the oil was drained and the old filter was removed. Other than that, they did a head and tail light check and they didn't reset my oil life indicator, so I did that. The Hartland location I thought was a little better.
