My truck is kept in perfect condition but the staff did not care. I got home and could smell oil so I looked in the engine compartment and oil was spilled all over the engine and frame on the drivers side by the fill. My front bumper had anti freeze all over it I had to clean off. Next from all the oil spilled it was dripping all over my drive way and the next morning after I backed out of the garage there were oil spots all over my garage floor. I took pictures of everything as proof. Not a good experience at all.

I mentioned my tires were shaking at higher speeds and one of the reps went around all the tires and checked the lug nuts to make sure they were tight and since he did that my car doesn't shake as bad. I felt duped. I bought a synthetic oil change, more expensive, only to be told Valvoline recommends oil changes every 3 months no matter what. Nothing supports this, not manufacturer recommendation. Again feeling like you are trying to take advantage of me had I not known this. Is this even considered fraud?

Pit tech was rude. To be fair it was partially my fault fault for using my vape as I pulled into the bay. Pit tech could have handled his dislike of my vape in a more professional manner. Ideally he would have said something to the top tech and the top tech would have approached me instead he yelled from down in the pit to quite using the the vape and that he couldn't breathe. At this point I hadn't been using my vape anymore, nor did I see the no smoking sign. The whole interaction made me and the other people in the bay area uncomfortable. I think the other techs were uncomfortable after that, also.
