Previous to this oil change everything was great. However, this time the workers pulled a scam. My daughter was scared to go to get her oil changed because of all the questions and upcharges your people try. I sent her grandfather with her. She requested a conventional oil change and was told they didn't have any more regular oil. They told her she had to have a synthetic oil change. Then charged her extra. I called and talked to the manager he said. Didn't happen. I said 2 adults were in the car and were told the same thing. He said nope, my daughter and father were lying. I have 5 cars and we will never be back.
