Service was great by Armando and his team. I had a few issues with my experience today: 1. My total time invested here was 1 hour and 50 minutes. Waited patiently in line because they were busy and understaffed.. when I got in, they were out of stock for my oil filter. Advised me to go to the local auto parts store and buy one..bring it back so they can perform the oil change. The manager told me he will credit the price of the oil change by the cost I paid for the filter. 2. When I came back they were even busier and had to wait a long time. Once served, the oil change proceeded like normal but we had an issue with the credit I was promised. The primary reason I went to this location and took my business to valvoline is because of the $25 coupon I found on their website. Since their computer system only allowed one coupon code, I was not able to get this credit and receive the price offered from the coupon. I am disappointed in this broken promise and missed expectation for my experience today and will contact corporate and franchise owners.

I took my car here for a routine oil change and left with a fluid leak. I didn’t notice it at first, but my husband pointed it out a few days later. When I returned to Valvoline, they insisted it wasn’t oil and claimed it was transmission fluid. I then took my car to the dealership, where they repaired the transmission lines, but I got the vehicle back with the same oil leak still present. Shortly after, my “change oil” light came on, and I began experiencing multiple issues that never existed before this oil change. I eventually had to take my car to another shop, where multiple problems were addressed. It’s very frustrating, especially since my truck had no issues prior to visiting Valvoline. At this point, the ongoing problems have me considering purchasing a new vehicle. I can’t help but wonder if a fluid was placed incorrectly. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed.

Armando and the team took really good care of my car. Very knowledgeable and gave suggestions on what would be best for my car. I will be going back for future services. I highly recommend this place!
