I can't say enough how pleasant it was to have the attendant ask me how my day was going and also engage in a positive conversation as the work was being done on my car. Once in the bay. The service tech named Keith had no idea how to remove the oil filter. Made jokes and wandered around. Finally removed filter after 15 minutes. I was never offered to see the air filter. No one asked about wiper blades. I was given my invoice. Never saw wiper fluid checked or typed off. Was never shown fill line on dip stick. Then my hood was slammed shut and I was rushed out of the bay. Total time about 40 minutes. Absolutely unexceptable. I don't think my tire pressure was checked
