From beginning to end, Evan the CSR explained everything they were doing. He offered services I might need in the future, without pressuring me to purchase. He was well-spoken and VERY respectful. "Would if be ok with you if I open your door to scan some information?" "Would it be ok with you if I open your passenger door to check your cabin filter?" Always respectfully asking permission. He didn't mumble nor act condescending, as I've encountered at other oil change places. Speedy, efficient Skylar was bottomside changing my oil. I didn't see Michael, but I think he was the one who checked my tires. Marco showed me my clean oil at the end of my visit with a smile on his face and as I was leaving he said, "We'll see you next time!" I'm truly impressed with this team, who worked together so well to give me a positive and respectful experience. I hope this reaches them, as well as their manager. They all deserve a raise. Rachel K

Up until this point I have been very satisfied with my visits to Grafton Valvoline. This time though.... it was obvious we had a "trainee" working on checking fluids. The reason I am dissatisfied is that a qualified tech. should have been checking the same same fluids right behind that person to make sure everything was ok. I never was shown our air filter either. These are all the reasons why we stopped going to oil changers in Port Washington. I highly recommend you do something to make sure customers are confident the job has been done correctly and that they left with oil in their car.
