First I didn’t like that prices for services are not provide on your website, nor are they posted outside before entering the facility. Therefore my decision to “shop” there was not as well informed as I would have preferred. Second, my 15-minute “quick” change turned into a 45 minute visit with little explanation as to why there was such a delay.

Pricing was not explained at all. It was very expensive and was not expecting it to be that much. I was charged extra for an additional quart of oil even though I only had them put in 5 quarts and they explained there is nothing they could do to reverse the charge. I also asked for full synthetic oil but the sticker they gave me was only for 3,000 miles, it should be 6,000 with synthetic oil.
