This was my second visit to Valvoline. While the overall service was good for me to come back, there are a few things that could be improved on. 1. I was quoted a price for a cabin air filter at 29.99 and the engine filter at 27.99 but on the invoice, it showed 59.99 for the cabin air filter. When I asked they said oh sorry i confused the quotes with engine air filter. How hard is it to look up a quote and tell. Maybe it was a genuine mistake, but it leaves doubts in customers minds. 2. When the car was brought in for oil change, the mileage was 111,110. And they gave me a sticker for the next oil change at 113,110. Only 2000 miles until the next oil change. I hope this also was a genuine mistake. 3. The hood was shut properly. when driving on the freeway, I noticed that its shuttering. I pulled over and saw that it was indeed not locked in place. Thank God for the second latch which held it in place.
