Your techs need to educate themselves better on AGM batteries on how they charge and discharge and the fact that after doing many short trips it can show low on CCA but this doesn't mean the battery is "bad" or "nearing the end of its life cycle" in an attempt to sell me a battery. My battery is only a few months old and was told its at the end of its life. They also tried to blame it on having too much terminal protector on the posts which is the most assinin thing I've ever heard and is completely an uneducated statement. They went out of their way to basically say I didnt know what I was talking about and that they tested the battery correctly (which they may or may not have) but some education on how AGM battery chemistry works would have made them have a better response and better customer experience due to speaking facts over pushing product!! As someone who worked at a battery production facility, im extremely knowledgeable on this subject and am not fooled by scare sales tactics.
