Same Problem, One Year Later – Extremely Disappointing! Approximately one year ago, I left a negative review about this Valvoline location on West Layton Avenue in Franklin, Wisconsin, after technicians overfilled my engine with oil and had to remove the excess. I also experienced careless service when windshield washer fluid was spilled inside my vehicle and left uncleaned. Unfortunately, today I experienced the same oil overfill problem AGAIN. The technicians had to use a hose to extract the excess oil and then check the level to correct their mistake. I even have pictures documenting today’s experience. I spoke with Katrina, who appeared to be overseeing the shop, and asked who the manager was. I was given the name Zaya, while my service paperwork lists Jose as the manager. I would like management to be aware of these repeated issues… After two similar experiences, I have lost confidence in all location and cannot recommend their service to anyone…Management needs to take responsibility and address these ongoing problems.
