After my oil change I got home and checked the oil level and it was a quart low? I was mad and planned to complain so I took the oppoutunity to add a quart of lucus oil ($20.00) additive and I added the Tribo Tex oil additive ($128.39)I add after an oil change every 40000 miles and I thought I was done. The next morning all my oil was on the garage floor. I assumed they stripped the plug and I was really screewed. So I called Chase the manager and he can to my house and inspected the issue and tried to put in a self tapping oversized plug but it would not fit. The threads did not seem damaged so he went and bought a stock plug and it fit. It appears they put someone elses plug in my car and it caused a big mess I had to spend 3 hours cleaning oil from my garage floor and I lost over $140 for additives I put in the car after my change. They offered me a free oil change which was never really offered to me just promised but nothing in my hand. I am done with Valvoline and will share this all over since I own GBE Packaging and I market on the web daily for over 25 years. This is the first of many bad reviews you can expect from me. lol
