As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, I was greeted and directed to the door that was next in line for service. Once inside, every step was explained and communicated quickly. They were not able to remove the lug nuts on my tires in order to rotate them, so they suggested I go to a full service station and get it completed. Finally, when explaining other services I should consider, there was no pressure at all, which I appreciated.
