They were kind and polite. They validated my discount which I am a stickler for obtaining given the fact that my new SENTRA NISSAN is more expensive to maintain than my NISSAN VERSA. The oil costs more; it is a gas hog; and frankly I miss my VERSA. At any rate, I can always count on VALVOLINE to assist me. I also like being in the vehicle to observe their professional etiquette and expertise! NICE JOB!
