I had polite, friendly & courteous service. The Service man, Nick, seemed very thorough! I felt he was concerned that I completely understood all procedures being performed on the car at the time. And, that I also understood his recommendations for other basic maintenance work suggested for the car. This was the second time that I went to Valvoline for an oil change & I was again, very satisfied!
