The technician Sandy was talking on her phone through an earbud the whole time she was under my vehicle having a personal conversation with somebody and it didn't sound work related at all. I would find it difficult to concentrate 100% on my work if I were on my cellphone. Not very professional. Also when I arrived for my oil change, Sandy also was shaking here head in disbelief because it was getting busy at the time I was there and it was almost as she was bothered by the amount of customers waiting.

I was there for about 45 minutes from entry to leaving. there was 1 vehicle ahead of me so that was not the issue. but once my truck was on the lift it took about 15 minutes before they even started to do anything with it. the "tech" was checking his phone while under the truck, possibly to see how to remove the skid plate which is necessary to get to the filter & drain plug. I have been to this location numerous times and this is the first time I was actually concerned about their ability. not sure if I`ll be back.

When I arrived on 5/30 for my oil change I was asked who did my previous oil change. I stated to the employee that they(Valvoline) had. I asked why? He stated that my air filter cover was not tighted back on. He checked to see who worked on my Jeep and he stated it was the manager Sandy. I was surprised that a manager could forget to do something like that. I was not happy to find this out.

It would be nice to see the same people when I return . It's always new people every time . The manager was yelling at employees in the middle of the shop . She could of walked up to them and corrected them quietly . One of the guys was wiping the dip sticks on his uniform shirt . That will get on the customers upholstery . The waiting area doesn't have enough room for all the customers and it's uncomfortable . The bathroom was filthy and a customer had to come out and ask for toilet paper

Manager Sandra upon seeing this was a fleet vehicle added products that were not needed. This truck is a 22 but has only been on the road 6 months. She fleeced by fleet company by replacing the air filter and cabin filter. I took both of the old filters with me and will be trying to reach out to Area Manager Nate Gilmore. I believe manager Sandra was taught to upcharge fleet companies because they are not present and do not know what is actually needed. This is criminal behavior and I will be contacting the WI State Attorney General. CSR Melissa even warned me that Sandra was "known" to upcharge fleet companies.
