Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Immediately greeted with a warm smile, treated like as if I was family, had some good laughs unlike some other mechanic shops that take themselves too serious, gotten tons of compliments on myself and of my car, and just overall felt very professional and smooth. Definitely recommend to anyone needing their oil changed in a flash.

2-1/2 days for an Instant Oil Change. A mistake was made by draining my transmission instead of engine oil. I am ok with mistakes, but how you handle the mistake will be everything. They did not handle this problem with any sort of urgency to fix a problem that they created. Nor did they do much to make me-the customer feel better about it. I have waited to write this review to see if anything would happen with Valvoline corporate. But no more replies from them since. I took the car in on Monday the 9th at 12:45, and I got it back on Thursday morning from another shop that had to put the transmission fluid in. They had the car towed to the other shop. I had a skid plate on there but was using zip ties to hold in place--without issue. It was fully ripped of by the tow truck and now I have to pay to replace it. If the transmission wasn't drained--I wouldn't have to replace that part too. I took my car for a simple oil change, and now I get my car back not 100% as I brought it in. They also charged me before telling me everything--and will not refund me. I emailed corporate a few times with no luck of getting a response. They did say I could get a rental, but why would this take more than a day--But then it bleeds into 2 days now to get tranny fluid. Be cautious where you take your car. Again mistakes happen--it is how you handle these mistakes that defines you as a company. They showed my how much they care about losing a first time customer. They get 1 star for how this situation was handled.

Very happy, the workers were extremely nice and polite.. will definitely go back and refer them there..
