The employees were nice and did oil change fast. I don't like that one employee opened my passenger side door and opened my glove box. I asked what he was doing. He told me that he was replacing my cabin filter. I asked if it was included, he said, no. It would be an additional $60. If I wouldn't have asked, I would have been stuck with a larger bill, Also, I purchased a $89.99 oil change with a $15 coupon. My total was $95. When I asked about how that could be, the employee replied that I needed more oil than the oil change was needed and was charged extra for that. And last, I bought an oil change with synthetic oil and it should last for 5000 miles however my sticker says to come back in 3000. I bought the more expensive oil change so that I didn't have to come back so soon. I felt very taken advantage. I don't mind paying extra if things are needed, but the employee should've been upfront and told me about those extra charges and asked if I wanted a cabin filter and I should've been told upfront that I needed more oil if that was the truth , I would never go back to Valvoline again.
