My first visit to Valvoline was riding along with a friend, and I was so impressed with the service that a week later, I came in my own vehicle! I was immediately greeted by Hokulani, who was very personable and charming and we struck up easy conversation as they began to work on my car. The manager, Javed, came over to oversee and continue operations, and he was also extremely charming! The customer service at this location is fantastic. I'm driving a Chevy Equinox that was really behind on it's oil change (hehe), but no one scolded me or made me feel bad; they all simply went to work to fix things for me. Javed spoke very kindly but intelligently, and I knew I was in good hands at this location. Service was speedy but thorough, and because the customer service was so good, it didn't feel like I was there very long at all! Price was very fair, and I was also lucky to have a coupon to use. I'll definitely be returning to Javed and his team!
