I’m pretty sure they were training somebody new in the front of the car, which is fine, but since I was waiting a little longer somebody came over to check on me and asked how was my day! First off the employe checked me asked few questions said how about your cabin air filter I said check it out. He could figure out how to get the glove box open so he said ah it’s good . . On to the air filter they didn’t know the proper way to change it 3 guys working on it shaking my whole van . Never checked my tire pressure sent me on my way as I’m driving down the road I hear a roar I never heard before pulled over and found my air box lid not installed correctly so I spent my lunch break fixing my work van

They didn’t have the OW16 oil which my hybrid needs so I had to settle for the OW20 which means I’ll just have to get it changed sooner now. They said the oil cost the same too which I’m not sure is true. Also, they told me my battery was dead after testing it. However I knew this wasn’t true so I had them test it again using a different tester and it showed that my battery was fine. They shouldn’t worry people like that and they should have thought of testing it again using one of their other devices, but they said it was working fine and I’m the one who insisted they try again with a different one. The guy I was working with was very nice, but his manager was the one whom I had to convince.
