Oil change was OK. They claimed my hood wouldn't open & that it needed to be fixed before I had service again. I noticed they didn't fill my windshield wiper fluid, which was bone dry. I purchased washer fluid afterwards & went to open my hood. It opened fine, you just need to know how to do it. This is after he took a screwdriver & cranked on it to bend the interior or try to open the latch. Afterward I looked along the area where he was cranking on my hood & he damaged the paint on the edge with the screwdriver. It wasn't anything major, but is just annoying that there is any damage at all. I would think that between a bunch of auto tech guys could open a hood. I had my vehicle in the shop just 1-2 weeks prior & nobody ever mentioned any difficulty opening the hood.
