I mentioned when I arrived that I knew I needed a new rear wiper blade. The employee checked inventory and there were none in stock, so he asked if I had about 10 minutes and said that he could have one there to install if I had the time. I didn’t mind waiting and while other employees did my oil change, he went to go get the wiper blade I needed. In my opinion, he went above and beyond and I appreciated it very much!

I don’t think they even did anything except change my oil (I hope they did anyway.) They didn’t even talk to me, didn’t ask what I wanted and didn’t do any of the checks at all. I have never had such a poor experience anywhere. It was fast, I’ll give that. I’ll never go back to this one.
