I intentionally make the 1 hour drive into Madison to visit these guys for anything that does not involve getting the Pilot lifted from the ground. Regarding their recommended services - YMMV; depending on your driving habits, the services they do recommend make more sense than those that don't drive as much. As the driver and operator, you have to make the call on what you actually want for your vehicle. That said, if you do refuse a service, they don't needle you into finally getting it - they respect your decisions. Addendum: Elijah is my favorite technician out of the bunch with Mike being a close second. The corporate office better be reading these reviews! These guys earn their praise and then some with the work they do.
