The mechanics were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They checked everything and even found a mouse had built a nest in my cabin air filter. They took the time to vacuum out the mess the mouse had made and replace it with a clean filter.

The regular price is high, but with the discount the price is good for these days. Staying in the car for the oil change is a plus. The multi-point inspection is useful and the in-person report on each point when needed is appreciated. The technicians are not pushy, and treat the car like it's their own. I've been to the Stoughton Road location 4 times with multiple vehicles, and plan to go again.
