Do NOT push synthetic oil on us when we clearly do not want it. Sent son to get oil changed with a coupon and request for conventional oil and son was told that the vehicle REQUIRED synthetic. That is not true and NOT what we asked for.

While I waited 10-15 minutes for them to finish working on the vehicle in front of me, Cory let other cars go ahead of me. I asked how much longer it would take since they had someone skip ahead. They worked on it quickly. Cory was un the pit on the bottom of the car for quite some time. About 2 hours after leaving we heard what sounded like a metal bolt fall. We dismissed it as a pebble and things were fine. We were on the highway on the way to Illinois and kept hearing strange sounds. I commute 2 hours for work. When we arrived in Sterling Illinois the dirt plate was dragging on the ground. There were no nuts and bolts holding it in anymore. Terrible.

Iu2019ve gone to this location for the past 18 months. The time before last a new crew tried to sell me everything under the sun. So annoying. And to top it off, they didnu2019t fill the required amount of oil. The lates change three days ago was a nightmare. Rude crew, unorganized, oil all over my engine and car hood. Not a smile nor an acknowledgement. I was made to feel like an annoyance. Iu2019ll take my future business elsewhere.
