I’ve gone to this location for the past 18 months. The time before last a new crew tried to sell me everything under the sun. So annoying. And to top it off, they didn’t fill the required amount of oil. The lates change three days ago was a nightmare. Rude crew, unorganized, oil all over my engine and car hood. Not a smile nor an acknowledgement. I was made to feel like an annoyance. I’ll take my future business elsewhere.

The filter needed was not in stock. Oil was drained and we had to wait an unexpected amount of time and we were not notified that they did not have a filter. We only found out after we were waiting and asked why it was taking so long. There was no offer of a discount above the 15% coupon we were using. In the end, the staff was very kind and apologetic.

Horrible experience. They over filled my vehicle and had to drain the oil. The manager I presume told me my truck oil would eventually go down…. Not true! The guy that poured the oil was on the phone the whole time with an ear bud in..swearing with my kids in the vehicle. He obviously didn’t care at all about my vehicle. Literally stayed talking on the phone swearing the whole time during my service. Please get better employees that value costumers.
